Executive Assistant to Founder — 100% Remote (LATAM) | European Investment Group ?

About the role:

We're hiring a full-time Executive Assistant for the founder of a European real estate and investment group with three active businesses. This is a true right-hand seat, not a task-list EA role. You'll make decisions, own projects end to end, and run the founder's operating system so he can focus on what only he can do?

100% remote · Full-time · USD 1000–1,400/month to start, growing with trust and scope.

What you'll own:

His daily schedule.
Build his day, assign time slots, remove low-stakes decisions, make the call and present it, don't hand him five options.

Timeline guardianship across three businesses.
Hold the plan: what must be reached, by when, and the micro-tasks beneath it. He should never hit a deadline problem.

Daily triage and a weekly reporting cadence
across all verticals and the projects falling between the cracks.

Special projects end to end → own, not coordinate.




Starting with a backlog of cross-border administrative projects: winding down entities, selling off assets across several countries, closing loose ends.

Written briefings he can act on directly
: clear enough to decide from without a follow-up conversation.

Anticipate problems
before they're flagged, resolve them quietly, report the outcome.

The standard EA surface
— travel, inbox, documents — for the founder and, in part, his family's logistics, including an upcoming international relocation you'll help coordinate (with a local fixer you'll manage, not just liaise with).

Google Drive discipline and SOPs.
Document everything once so he never explains the same thing twice.
