The Role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will design, build, and ship features across our lending platform from the underwriting and automation engine to the dashboards our customers use every day. You will work close to the business logic that drives real lending decisions, with strong customer and engineering ownership from day one.
We expect every engineer at Fuse to leverage AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow not only to code faster,



to deploy AI-powered automations and agents that make each implementation faster and more reliable: automations, agentic workflows, and decisioning components that real customers depend on.

What You'll Do
• Implement Fuse end-to-end full stack features across our platform: APIs and services on the backend, and customer-facing dashboards and operator tools on the frontend.
• Model and configure each client's lending domain in Fuse: loan types, underwriting rules, debt adjustment rules, task flows, adverse actions, and email/e-sign templates.
• Build and maintain client-specific automations and workflows that orchestrate the end-to-end loan lifecycle, integrating with credit bureaus, KYC providers, banking rails, and document services.
• Ship AI-powered features into production: LLM-based automations, classification and extraction pipelines, agentic workflows, and tool-using agents (e.g., MCP-style tool integrations) that operate on real customer dat
