Job Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for our apparel eCommerce stores,



prioritizing initiatives that maximize business impact.
- Identify growth opportunities through customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and market research.
- Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives across the shopping journey using A/B testing and data-driven experimentation.
- Collaborate with Acquisition, Retention, Creative, Engineering, Data, and UX teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Translate business goals into product initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize key product metrics including conversion rate, revenue, customer engagement, and user experience.
- Drive continuous product innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and customer behaviors.
- Lead Agile product ceremonies and ensure efficient execution from discovery through delivery.

Job requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience within eCommerce, preferably in apparel, retail
