What You Can Expect
The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and processes, with deep specialization in Workday HCM. This role will support cross-functional HR technology initiatives, ensuring data integrity, operational excellence,



and continuous improvement across Human Resource functions — including AI-powered HR tools and digital adoption platforms.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, serving as a key IT partner on HR projects and cross-team initiatives.
- Serve as a Workday HCM subject matter expert, supporting end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, and related modules.
- Support and contribute to Workday automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage the HRIS Change Management process, handling the full workflow from request intake through build, testing, UAT, and IT approval using JIRA or equivalent tools.
