Manager, Central Monitoring | Remote

What You'll Do

- Lead and develop a team of 8-20 Central Monitoring professionals
- Drive study-level risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring strategies
- Partner with sponsors, Clinical Team Leads, and Project Managers
- Leverage analytics and centralized monitoring tools to improve trial quality and efficiency
- Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

- 10+ years of clinical research experience
- Experience in Central Monitoring, RBM, or clinical monitoring oversight
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial operations
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for mentoring teams and driving strategic impact
