As we prepare to open our first studio in Moreno Argentina, we’re looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner to play a key role in building the HR foundation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows what it takes to establish HR practices from the ground up. You’ll be the go-to HR expert for our local operations in São Paulo—working closely with business stakeholders to build strong teams, implement processes, and ensure compliance across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Please note: this is an on-site position based in Moreno. Argentina
Key Responsibilities:
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Thorough knowledge of local labor legislation
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations etc.
