Job Summary

The Repair Technician II (Fully Proficient)



is responsible for independently diagnosing, analyzing, and repairing components and finished products manufactured by Trust Automation in support of both internal manufacturing non-conformances and customer RMAs. This role ensures products are restored to current, compliant configurations that meet original functional, performance, and quality requirements.

The Repair Technician II applies technical expertise and independent judgment to identify failure modes, determine root cause, and define appropriate repair or upgrade pathways. This includes evaluating cost, turnaround time, and risk while executing repairs that reduce scrap, minimize rework, and protect delivery commitments and customer satisfaction.
