About You
We are looking for experienced and ambitious recruiters who thrive in a high-performance environment.
To succeed at Silver.dev, you will have:
- Advanced English skills (required).
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups.
- Experience sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in the $80K–$200K annual salary range.
- Strong sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Ashby, Gem,



and similar platforms.

Our way of working
This is a hybrid position based in Villa Crespo, Buenos Aires. We work onsite four days a week and remotely one day a week (4x1).
We've intentionally chosen this model because we believe great recruiting is highly collaborative. Being together allows us to brainstorm difficult searches, share market insights, learn from each other, and continuously improve as a team.
