What’s the purpose of the role?

The Bing Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads), with a clear focus on driving high-quality traffic, improving conversion performance, and maximizing return on ad spend. This is a hands-on, results-driven role where data and precision are everything — the adecuado candidate knows how to turn search intent into measurable business outcomes through structured, performance-driven strategies.

What will I be doing?
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Advertising accounts end-to-end.
- Set up, launch, and maintain search campaigns across Bing and partner networks.
- Conduct keyword research, build campaign structures, and implement targeting strategies.
- Manage bids, budgets, and audience targeting to hit CPA and ROAS goals.
- Monitor search term reports to identify negative keywords and eliminate wasted spend.
- Optimize match types and bidding strategies for efficiency and scale.




- Run A/B tests on ad copy, extensions, and landing page alignment to improve CTR and conversions.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking and ensure attribution accuracy.
- Deliver regular performance reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Stay current with Microsoft Advertising updates, features, and best practices.
