We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director based in Latin America to lead our business development and sales efforts
This role is critical to strengthening EveryMatrix’s position as a key technology partner in the region and driving revenue through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. The adecuado candidate has a proven track record in LatAm iGaming sales, deep industry connections, and the ability to navigate both emerging and established markets across the continent.
Key Responsibilities:




- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with the overall African market goals.
- Drive new business initiatives, lead contract negotiations, and close high-value deals.
- Build long-term partnerships with operators, aggregators, and stakeholders within the LatAm iGaming ecosystem.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent EveryMatrix at key trade shows, conferences, and networking events across LatAm and internationally.
- Report regularly to the Managing Director Latin America on pipeline development, client feedback, and market trends.
- Stay up to date on local regulatory developments and competitor activity in key LatAm markets.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales within the LatAm iGaming
