Role Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Press Imaging Operator to support imaging and color correction of card images / designs in line with one of our clients' teams.

The adecuado candidate is design-savvy and organized, exhibits strong attention to detail, and brings deep experience in imaging and color correction operations.

Candidates with a passion for sports and entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

In this role, you will…

- Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements
- Maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all visual materials (e.g., images, graphics) align with the highest standards of the business and meet the specific requirements of each project
- Work cross-functionally with photographers, designers,



and other stakeholders to achieve desired color results for various projects
- Identify and resolve issues related to image quality, resolution, and/or color accuracy
- Foster a collaborative, efficient, and communication-first work environment
- Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and software

The ideal candidate:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in imaging and color correction operations
- Proficiency in imaging and color correction software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other specialized color correction tools
- Strong knowledge of color theory and color management
- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail
