We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales professional to drive the expansion and consolidation of our consumer device products across open market channels.

This role is responsible for offline sales management, developing and executing commercial strategies, and growing distribution channels with a strong focus on measurable results and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities Establish, manage, and maintain cooperative relationships with open market channel partners (distributors, retailers, and key resellers), building the company's image as a best-in-class strategic partner.

Develop and execute channel expansion plans, continuously improving partner coverage and penetration in the open market.

Lead the planning and implementation of joint business and marketing activities to enhance brand recognition and ensure product promotion at the point of sale.

Design and optimize business processes, leveraging digital tools and systematic solutions to strengthen sales execution and operational efficiency.





Guide and align channel partners on sales strategies, pricing policies, and GTM (Go-to-Market) plans throughout the product lifecycle.

Monitor market dynamics, competition, and channel ecosystems; provide strategic insights and constructive recommendations to support overall marketing and sales planning.

Ensure healthy business operations by managing market order, inventory sell-through, and retail execution standards.

Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in channel sales, offline sales, or retail sales within the consumer electronics.
