Coordinate and lead problem-solving forums with various teams to implement identified improvements.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

Advanced proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Power

Point).

Experience with databases such as SQL or Big

Query.

Experience with AI programs (Cursor, Claude) and analysis of satisfaction metrics is desirable.
