The Opportunity
We're looking for a Project Manager to keep our client engagements on time, on scope, and drama-free.

Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you'll own the day-to-day execution of client projects — coordinating across paid media, creative, owned media, and analytics so nothing falls through the cracks.

This role is as much about process as it is about people.

You'll be expected to spot inefficiencies in how work moves through the agency and fix them — not just keep the trains running, but make the tracks better.

You'll work closely with the Lead Project Manager to refine workflows,



tighten timelines, and build the systems that let a growing team scale without losing quality.

This role is idóneo for someone who's energized by structure, allergic to dropped balls, and genuinely enjoys making a messy process cleaner.

What You'll Own
Day-to-Day Execution
Manage the daily workflow for a portfolio of client accounts, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across teams
Keep projects on scope and on schedule, flagging risks before they become problems
Serve as the connective tissue between Paid Media, Creative, Owned Media, and Analytics on shared client work
Maintain accurate, up-to-date project status in Asana so the whole team knows where things stand
Process Improvement
Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose fixes
Partner with the Lead Project Manager to design, document, and roll out improved processes and templates
