You'll help our clients (busy business owners in roofing, restoration, and construction) build and actually run an operational "OS" for their business: workflow engines, company playbooks, scorecards, dashboards, meeting rhythms, and internal memo systems.

Your job isn't just to build these systems; it's to make sure they get used.

You'll be the operator who keeps the owner focused, on track, and accountable to the pl an.

We'll give you full training in our EdgeOS system and in estimating and claims skills for the insurance/roofing/restoration niche.
