About the Role

You’ll support real estate operations through market research, comps analysis, and presentation preparation. This role requires accuracy, strong formatting skills, and familiarity with the Manhattan residential market. What You'll Be Doing Research & Analysis

Conduct comparables (comps) research for real estate listings

Gather and analyze market data for Manhattan co-ops and condominiums

Track pricing, trends, and relevant property data Presentation & Documentation

Prepare listing presentations using structured data

Organize and format materials for client-facing documents

Ensure all information is accurate, clean, and presentation-ready Social Media Support

Manage posting and scheduling of social media content

Handle distribution of pre-made content (no design required)



What We're Looking For

Direct experience with Manhattan co-ops and condominium markets (required)

Experience with real estate comps and market research

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to organize and format professional presentations

Familiarity with real estate tools, listings, and reporting

Strong written English
