About the role

Kuubiik is looking for an exceptional AI Web Designer to create beautiful, modern, and high-converting websites for clients across a wide range of industries.

This is not a traditional web design role. We're looking for someone who uses AI as a core part of their creative process to design faster, think bigger, and produce exceptional results.

You should have a strong eye for design, typography, layout, spacing, and visual storytelling, while understanding how to create websites that not only look stunning but also convert visitors into customers.

You'll work closely with our founders, strategists, developers, and clients to bring ideas to life. Responsibilities

Design visually outstanding websites and landing pages.

Create modern, responsive layouts that provide an exceptional user experience.

Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Figma AI, and similar tools to accelerate research, ideation, copy refinement, and design workflows.

Design websites that balance aesthetics, usability, SEO,



and conversion optimisation.

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.

Present design concepts and recommendations to clients.

Create reusable design systems, components, and style guides where appropriate.

Stay up to date with modern design trends, AI workflows, and emerging web technologies. Requirements An exceptional portfolio of website and landing page designs.

Advanced proficiency in Figma.

Strong understanding of typography, spacing, colour, hierarchy, responsive layouts, and accessibility.

Daily use of AI tools as part of your design workflow.

Strong understanding of conversion-focused web design.

Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both clients and developers.

Excellent attention to detail and a passion for creating outstanding digital experiences.

Excellent written and spoken English.
