What You'll Do

Own the preparation and review of consolidated audited financial statements under US GAAP across six subsidiaries. Manage and review the annual income tax provision under ASC 740 and oversee sales and use tax compliance. Coordinate with local statutory accounting and tax firms for foreign subsidiaries and manage NetSuite OneWorld consolidation.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5+ years in a senior accounting role at a US-based SaaS or technology growth-stage startup. Minimum 2–3 years at a Big 4 or large regional firm with direct exposure to US GAAP financial statement audits. CPA license required, with expert-level command of ASC 606, 740, 842, and 805.
