Requirements

- Education: High school diploma required.

- Experience: Previous experience in management roles, ideally within the luxury retail sector.

- IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.

- Languages: Advanced English (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities





- End-to-End Management: Oversee the comprehensive operations of the company’s flagship locations.

- Leadership: Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to reach KPIs.

- Sales Support: Actively participate in closing sales and ensuring premium customer service.

- Strategic Planning: Design and execute commercial strategies for each store.

- Reporting: Supervise daily cash desk operations and generate performance reports.

- Logistics: Coordinate and follow up on international e-commerce shipments.
