We are seeking a Chief-level Oracle ERP expert focused on NetSuite revenue recognition to lead strategy and hands-on delivery across order-to-cash and advanced revenue workflows. You will drive solution design, implementation, and support while partnering with stakeholders to improve finance operations—apply now.

Responsibilities Lead revenue recognition solution strategy using native NetSuite capabilities as the primary approach

Own architecture and design decisions for NetSuite OTC and ARM workflows and data structures

Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate challenges into clear, actionable recommendations

Produce functional specifications and design documentation that align with delivery standards

Build demo code and production-ready solutions using SuiteScript, RESTlets, and NetSuite internals

Implement unit tests and verification protocols to ensure quality and compliance with standards

Provide post-production support for NetSuite ERP functions with emphasis on revenue recognition

Coordinate with developers, QA, and analysts to deliver end-to-end SDLC outcomes

Review and improve item catalog structures, record schemas, and operational processes affecting revenue recognition

Drive hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for revenue recognition and OTC issues

Maintain daily availability aligned to 8am ET to 5pm ET and operate as a self-starter without hand-holding Requirements 7+ years of Oracle ERP and NetSuite experience with deep revenue recognition delivery

2+ years of leadership experience guiding solution strategy and technical standards





Strong project planning skills for end-to-end delivery across remote teams

Expert NetSuite Order to Cash (OTC) knowledge including item catalog and record structures

Advanced NetSuite ARM knowledge and revenue recognition configuration expertise

Strong SuiteScript skills including RESTlets and internal NetSuite mechanics

Strong SDLC knowledge across requirements, design, implementation, verification, and support

Strong documentation skills for functional specifications and design artifacts

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interviews, probing, and recommendations

Strong teamwork skills working with developers, QA, and analysts in a shared delivery model

Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced) Nice to have NetSuite certifications in development and revenue recognition

Atlassian Jira proficiency for delivery tracking and issue triage

Atlassian Confluence proficiency for requirements and design documentation

GitHub proficiency for version control and code review workflows
