What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience working as a CRA in Argentina
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Site management and monitoring activities
- Site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits
- Regulatory and Ethics Committee documentation
- Investigator/site relationship management




- Ability to proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced general environments
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is required
- Spanish proficiency will be considered a strong plus for Brazilian candidates
