Remote (preferably in Argentina) We are seeking a Data Specialist with a focus on Data Science to join our dynamic team. This role involves analyzing complex data sets to derive actionable insights, building predictive models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in machine learning, and a passion for turning data into strategic assets.

Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.

Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models using machine learning techniques.

Data Visualization: Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate data insights into business strategies.

Data Quality: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing rigorous data quality checks and validations.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to convey insights and recommendations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance data analysis capabilities.

Required Skills And Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and predictive modeling.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Data Visualization: Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Database Management: Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Remote Work: Previous experience in remote work environments is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.

Understanding of statistical methods and experimental design.

Language: Proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
