As a participant in the Drive the Future Program, you’ll collaborate with our expert professionals to influence and shape initiatives that support our businesses across the firm. In Argentina, DTF opportunities are open to students from all universities in

Buenos Aires. If you are looking to gain professional experience while pursuing your degree, this could be the beginning of something great. Take into consideration that participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months based on participant performance,

feedback, and business needs. This role requires part-time, availability in

Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency Availability to work 19 hours per week Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Team-oriented, with strong collaboration and emerging leadership skills Proactive and dynamic, with the ability to perform well under pressure Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines What's Next?
