Build and maintain predictive models, recommendation systems, and customer lifetime value models applied to user acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies. Actively collaborate with Growth teams to optimize audience segmentation in campaigns through notifications and direct messages.

What We're Looking For At least 6 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles, with implemented projects in production within the technology sector. Proficiency in SQL and Python for end-to-end development of machine learning solutions. Proven experience in marketing, credit risk, or fraud prevention model projects.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields; a master's degree in Data Science or quantitative disciplines is desirable.
