Position Overview

As the Founding Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Respiris to reach its target customers: companies with 200-2000 employees in industries like technology, finance, and education. You’ll develop, execute,



and iterate go-to-market strategies, leveraging your expertise in lifecycle marketing and customer acquisition. This is a remote role based in Argentina or Colombia, idóneo for someone eager to make a significant impact at a fast-growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies targeting mid-sized companies with $10M-$1B in revenue.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Build and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns to engage Chief People Officers, CFOs, and CLOs.
- Campaign Management: Create targeted marketing campaigns that address ICP pain points, such as managing employee morale post-layoffs and minimizing legal risks.
