About

You - Fluent proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish; knowledge of French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Influencer, Ambassadors or Affiliate Marketing with a focus on growth and performance.
- Hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Outstanding project management skills and strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver who actively seeks opportunities for improvement.
- Proactive entrepreneur: a can-do person who takes on tasks proactively, takes ownership, and communicates effectively within a team.
- Demonstrable track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and technology and understand how to use them to improve our work.
- Demonstrable ability to adapt to the extremely fast-moving world of a digital startup business.
- Based or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

About the role - Formulate and execute strategies aligned with overall business goals - ensure the department activities align with broader business objectives.

- Oversee day-to-day influencer marketing activities, ensuring seamless collaboration with other departments to amplify business impact.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the company's influencer network and reach.
- Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and analyze data to continually optimize efforts.
- Effectively manage budget, employing a strategic approach to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drive business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Infuse creativity into strategies, ensuring campaigns are not just impactful but also innovative and captivating.
- Act as the face and voice of the department, ensuring a consistent and authentic representation.
- Key role in new business development by identifying, fostering and coordinating strategic partnerships and campaigns.
