What You Will Do As a member of Prisma’s Global Customer Success Team, you will be instrumental in delivering a world-class customer experience with a focus on proactive engagement and fostering long-term relationships.

The Project

Manager supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across teams. This role ensures that project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are managed effectively while serving as a key communication hub between stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include

Project Planning & Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of Prisma implementation and onboarding projects, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource schedules, and status reporting across concurrent customer engagements.

Communication & Coordination:



Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and communicating progress clearly. Facilitate kickoff meetings, working sessions, validation sessions, and go-live readiness reviews.

Stakeholder & Customer Management: Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to drive platform adoption and satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to align on deliverables and resolve dependencies.

Risk, Quality & Governance Tracking: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining clear documentation and audit trails. Manage change requests and scope adjustments through appropriate governance and approval processes.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Provide regular project status updates to customers and internal leadership, including budget, timeline, and risk reporting.

Who You Are Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role within technology companies.

Advanced English skills (oral and written)

Educational or professional experience in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficient in project management tools (Smartsheet, Zendesk, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint); Salesforce experience a plus.

Demonstrated excellence in organization and time-management, along with verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy; ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. What We'll Offer:
