About the Role

Join Ganfeng Lithium’s Global Management Trainee Programme to gain in-depth experience of overseas lithium resource projects (in Argentina, Africa and Shanghai). Participate in project development, operations and management across diverse cultural and business contexts,



and develop into a future business leader with both an international perspective and industry insight through practical experience on international projects.

Responsibilities

- Participate in global business coordination and international project support, driving the implementation of key projects
- Coordinate resources across departments, local teams, head office and partners
- Support on-site project management
- Optimise business processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Be prepared for long-term overseas assignments and foster cross-cultural team collaboration

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, in French, Spanish, International Relations, International Politics, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related subject
