We're Hiring: LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Part-Time)

Location: Remote

Salary: $300/month (Part-Time) + Commission for Every Deal Signed

We're growing, and we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and opening doors.

What You'll Do

Identify potential clients on LinkedIn using Sales Navigator.

Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.

Start conversations with founders, HR leaders, and hiring managers.

Qualify leads and book meetings for our founder.

Keep outreach organized in our CRM/tracking system.

Continuously test and improve outreach messages.

What We're Looking For

Experience with LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or sales development in recruitment is a must.





Strong written English.

Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Organized, proactive, and results-driven.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation up to $300/month (Part-Time)

Commission for every client who signs a recruitment agreement through your outreach.
