UX Strategy & Leadership

- Define UX strategy aligned with business and user goals.
- Promote UX best practices and mentor junior designers.

Research & Insights

- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Generate insights to inform product and design decisions.

Design & Prototyping

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Maintain and evolve the Design System.

Collaboration

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
- Present design decisions and facilitate ideation workshops

Requirements and Skills:

- Experience:



Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in user experience (UX) design for digital products (web, mobile, SaaS, etc.).
- Solid Portfolio: A portfolio that demonstrates experience in end-to-end projects, with a clear focus on the design process and business impact. Case studies that explain the problem, solution, and results are valued.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
- Experience using research and analysis tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, etc.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Basic knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with engineers.

- Autonomy and proactivity: Ability to lead projects independently and solve complex problems.
- Critical and analytical thinking: Ability to analyze data, synthesize complex information, and make informed design decisions.
