Job Responsibilities - Deliver best-in-class transaction execution management for credit products, including Trade and Working Capital (T&WC;) and Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) clients, with end-to-end oversight of deal execution and closing process.
- Review conditions precedent and escalate when needed; coordinate closing activities with internal and external parties to ensure all execution related internal approvals are in place for timely completion.
- Liaise with internal and external counsel to prepare and review transactional documentation.
- Draw on expertise to suggest solutions for appropriate stakeholders (Bankers, Trade Sales, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Tax, etc.), ensuring timely engagement and resolution.
- Manage controls framework, reporting, and escalation for transaction execution.
- Provide support in post-closing deal activities, including coordinating outstanding deliverables and documentation updates.
- Actively contribute to Credit Product Delivery wider projects and initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen risk and control outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively across time zones and regions, scheduling and communicating proactively to meet integral stakeholder and client needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills - Knowledge and understanding of Loan and Traditional Trade products and documentation, including bilateral and syndicated loan documentation.
- Solid understanding of credit execution, transaction management, credit products, and banking processes.
- Ability to identify problems and elevate these promptly; documentation knowledge and interpretation of key clauses.
- Excellent coordination skills and a strong control mindset.
- Good organization skills, ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact professionally and confidently with the Front Office globally.
- Confident, self-starter, assertive, and energetic; sets high standards of performance for self.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment.
- English and Spanish fluency.
Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or Law.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective systems adoption and responsible use of AI tools, demonstrating integrity and adherence to controls.
- Preferred language skills: Portuguese.
