Lead Motion Designer / Editor, you will be a hands‑on creative leader responsible for defining and delivering motion design, editorial, and VFX work. You will use motion as a storytelling tool, shaping rhythm, pacing, and emotional impact across all deliverables, while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with clients.

Role Responsibilities

- Lead the creative direction of motion design and editing across projects
- Design and execute high-impact motion, 3D, and VFX work
- Shape storytelling through pacing, rhythm, transitions, and visual flow
- Develop original motion languages and visual systems
- Create content for brand films, pitch materials, digital experiences, and campaigns




- Extend motion design into web, apps, and interactive platforms
- Provide creative direction and feedback to team members
- Ensure quality through attention to timing, detail, and craft execution
- Present and explain creative decisions clearly to clients, linking design to strategy
- Contribute to high-stakes content such as sizzles, launches, and proposals

Minimum Qualifications

- Proven experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX (senior/lead level)
- Strong expertise in After Effects and video editing tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve)
- Advanced capabilities in 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender)
- Experience delivering high-quality VFX and compositing work
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure
- Experience collaborating with teams and reviewing creative work
