Role Description The Owner role at AIOT Unitech is a full-time, on-site position based in Buenos Aires. The Owner oversees overall business strategy, sets long-term vision, and ensures alignment between technology offerings and market needs.

Daily responsibilities include guiding product and service development, reviewing key client projects, coordinating with technical and creative teams, and making decisions on resource allocation and partnerships. The role also involves managing financial performance, monitoring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and quality across all solutions. The Owner represents the company in client meetings and industry events, fosters a collaborative culture, and leads initiatives that drive innovation and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong business leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team leadership.
- Experience with software development and digital product lifecycles, ideally across custom, modular solutions and cloud-based deployments.




- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, IoT, data science, and automation platforms, with the ability to evaluate and guide technical roadmaps.
- Understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance standards relevant to enterprise-grade solutions.
- Background in digital marketing, client relationship management, and market positioning for technology services.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing profitability and ROI for technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
- Proven experience in founding, owning, or leading a technology or digital services company; entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
