Core Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Neurology Patient Support Program, ensuring an excellent patient experience throughout their journey. Manage and execute end-to-end projects within the program, implementing strategies based on business insights and patient journey needs. Analyze and develop KPIs and performance metrics for the program, generating strategic reports and identifying optimization opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience leading patient support programs in the healthcare industry. Proficient in data analysis and analytics tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.). Fluent in English.
