SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES – ARGENTINA 1) Training & Consulting Requirement a) Review of all statutory deductions and labor benefits applicable to ARGENTINA payroll,

with focus on tax calculations and including spreadsheet with calculations.

b) Creation of necessary reports to statutory bodies in ARGENTINA.

c) Training on reading & analyzing of CBA’s, Union agreements, employment contracts with respect to ARGENTINA Payroll i.e. Points to be considered from CBA when it comes to

ARGENTINA Payroll (Collective Bargaining Agreement, if applicable).

d) Calculation logics & declaration/validation of special cases such as Holidays, Time off,

contract terminations, 13 th or 14 th Month Salary (as applicable), Sick Leave, maternity and paternity and other long term leaves, Sub Contractors, interns, apprentice, ATZ employees, blue collar workers, semi-retirement cases, student workers etc.

e) Backpay Arrears for any pay components as per Client Specific logics to understand and implement and support Neeyamo team for Transition Clients.

f) Rules applicable to benefits, such as garnishments, Benefits in kind, company cars etc.

g) Employer and Employee Social Security, Pension Fund, Health Insurance, Garnishments,

work Councils, Tax & other statutory contribution rules.

h) Training & Demo on Social Security and Income Tax fillings.

i) Support on Statutory reports Design, Generation, Deadlines and penalties for not following.

All Statutory updates need to be Explained (with Logics) to the Neeyamo Team when released by Authority.

k) Need information, as and when Statutory Updates are released, with supporting documents.

l) Support on Bank file Design, Generation and how payment are made by uploading in

Bank portal (for both employee and authority)

m) Support on General ledger file Design, Generation and how to balance the sheet for monthly accounting.

- Last Mile Compliance Activity – Statutory Coverage and Field Work. (Income

Tax, Social Security, Pensions, Insurances, New Joiner, Leaver, Expat)

a) Monthly Submissions to authority portal to be submitted after validation, verification and confirmation from Neeyamo / End Client on Monthly Basis. Submission of

Acknowledgment as soon the activity is completed.

b)Year-end activities (Annual Statements) – Preparation, Validation/ verification, Query resolution and Draft Submission to Neeyamo review and Final submission to Authority within the authority specified due date.
