Auxis, a Grant Thornton US Company is looking for a Power BI Specialist with experience in the restaurant industry to join a short-term consulting engagement (approximately 2 months), with the potential for future project extensions.

Design, build, and enhance interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

Translate business requirements into intuitive, executive-level visualizations.

Develop operational and executive KPI dashboards focused on restaurant performance.

Create advanced DAX calculations and optimize report performance.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

Deliver user-friendly dashboards that provide actionable insights across the organization.

Note: The backend data model is already in place, so this role will primarily focus on dashboard development, report design, DAX, and user experience.

Qualifications





Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.

Strong expertise in DAX and data visualization best practices.

Previous experience working with restaurant industry data, including:

-Point of Sale (POS)

-Labor and workforce metrics

-Inventory

-Financial reporting

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.

Ability to build executive and operational KPI dashboards. Nice to Have

Experience working as a BI Developer, BI Consultant, Analytics Consultant, or Data Visualization Specialist.

Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Experience in consulting environments. Details
