Principal Quality Assurance Engineer

As Principal QA Engineer, you will architect the future of quality assurance at Flexiti, research, design, and govern our next‑generation testing strategy, and lead AI‑driven test automation and quality frameworks.

Responsibilities





- Architect and implement a strategy for leveraging AI in the QA process, including AI‑driven test generation, visual regression, anomaly detection, and predictive quality analytics.
- Continuously evaluate and improve our testing processes, exploring new technologies such as Contract Testing (Pact) and Shift‑Left strategies.
- Lead the automation and optimization of our testing feedback loops, ensuring rapid and reliable signals within CI/CD pipelines.
- Govern the use of AI tools within the QA process, ensuring consistent application, reliability, and efficiency gains across all engineering teams.
- Mentor and guide QA and software engineers, fostering a culture of quality ownership and collaboration.
- Effectively communicate quality metrics, risks, and technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
