Role Description This full-time Representante Comercial FUNDIMAZZA role at Fundimazza Fundição de Precisão is an on-site position based in Greater Buenos Aires. The role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of clients, and maintaining strong, long-term commercial relationships.

Day-to-day activities include visiting customers, presenting technical and commercial proposals, negotiating prices and conditions, and following up on orders to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. The representative collaborates closely with internal teams, such as production and logistics, to align client needs with operational capabilities and to resolve any issues that may arise. The position also involves monitoring market trends, gathering competitive intelligence, and reporting sales performance and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in commercial or sales roles, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or precision casting sectors,



with strong negotiation and relationship-management capabilities.
- Ability to understand technical products and processes, interpret drawings or specifications, and communicate technical information clearly to clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including managing a sales pipeline, planning customer visits, and prioritizing opportunities.
- Comfort working on-site in Greater Buenos Aires, with availability to travel to client locations within the region as needed.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in Spanish; basic English skills are an advantage.
- Proficiency with standard office and CRM software tools for tracking clients, opportunities, and sales results.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, resilience when handling objections, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Completed secondary education; post-secondary studies in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields are a plus.
