Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound sales efforts.

- Qualify leads and understand customer needs to recommend the best solutions.

- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls.

- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships.

- Negotiate pricing and contracts when applicable.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Representative, Account Executive, or a similar sales role.

- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.





- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales.

- Familiarity with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.

- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
