Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst within IT Enterprise Applications, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic alignment, owning end-to-end discovery, and shaping functional architecture across our enterprise ecosystems. You will work as a trusted partner alongside senior executives and stakeholders across the business to unpack highly complex challenges, define long-term requirements, and establish robust success criteria for general system implementations.

You will act as the primary strategic bridge between business units and development and admin teams, translating high-level business vision into scalable, structured, and actionable technical roadmaps. This role requires exceptional leadership, a masterly command of process design, and the ability to navigate deep ambiguity, drive executive consensus, and champion PMO best practices while mentoring junior or mid-level team members.

In This Role You Will

- Lead Strategic Discovery & Alignment




- Establish discovery frameworks and lead high-stakes alignment workshops with senior and executive stakeholders to diagnose root pain points and identify transformation opportunities.
- Actively challenge requests to ensure long‑term viability, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment with global business objectives.

- Own Enterprise Solution Design

- Define end‑to‑end functional architecture for complex, multi‑system integrations, data flows, and workflow automations.
