Please note that this role requires working night shifts, with working hours from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM CET.

Key Responsibilities - Act as the primary point of contact for VIP players across Intercom, Discord, and email, handling inquiries and providing tailored solutions.

- Develop and manage loyalty programs, promotions, and rewards designed around individual player preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to create exclusive offers and experiences for VIP players.
- Analyze player behavior and performance data to identify trends and refine engagement strategies.




- Identify potential issues early and resolve them efficiently to maintain player trust and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For - Experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within iGaming or online gaming.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to high-quality customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Intercom, Discord, or CRM systems is an advantage.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
