What we need you to tackle

We're looking for a bilingual Digital Content Creator to help us produce world-class digital content at scale. This is a behind-the-scenes production role—not an influencer or on-camera position. You'll transform ideas, expert knowledge, creator footage, interviews, AI-generated media, and customer stories into engaging content across our ecosystem. You'll work closely with our founders, skincare experts, creators,



and partners to transform valuable knowledge into exceptional content.

Your day-to-day

- Edit a skincare lesson recorded by Argiria.
- Turn a dermatologist interview into multiple Reels.
- Create an AI avatar explaining retinol.
- Produce bilingual campaigns.
- Build Shopify product videos and Instagram carousels.
- Launch a new AI educational experience.

Nice to haves

- Continuously assess emerging AI tools, integrate the best fits, and design scalable, organized production workflows and asset libraries to reduce cycle time and increase throughput.
- Deliver accurate, styled captions/subtitles (EN/ES) to boost comprehension, accessibility, and silent autoplay performance; manage SRT/VTT exports and QC of auto-generated transcripts.
- Create motion graphics for explainers, titles, lower thirds, and product callouts to clarify skincare concepts and lift retention (e.g., After Effects, Resolve Fusion, CapCut keyframing).
- Plan and sequence multiple concurrent edits and experiments, triage by impact, and hit rapid publishing cadences typical of social platforms and startups.
