Sell premium and luxury watches at sea, earn up to 6% commission on watch sales, and build relationships with guests from around the world.

We’re looking for experienced Watch Sales Specialists to join our onboard retail teams, working on cruise ships around the world.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with proven experience selling luxury watches. You’ll need strong product knowledge, confidence with premium and Swiss watch brands, and the ability to guide guests through a considered, high-value purchase with expertise and care.

Working at sea is very different from working on the high street. You’ll live and work onboard, become part of a close-knit team, and have the opportunity to develop guest relationships across the cruise. Some guests may buy in the moment. Others may return several times before making a decision.

Your role is to guide that journey with patience, knowledge and strong commercial instinct.

This is a chance to combine luxury watch sales, travel and excellent earning potential,



with the opportunity to earn up to 6% commission on premium watch sales, on top of salary.
