This role is critical for ensuring system stability, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement across LATAM operations.Key Responsibilities:Act as System Owner for SAP S/4HANA, overseeing administration, configuration, and performance monitoring.Manage SAP Cloud ALM for end-to-end application lifecycle, including implementation, operations, and monitoring.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with project standards and timelines.Support cutover activities,



data migration validation, and post-go-live stabilization.Implement best practices for change management, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with business stakeholders to align system capabilities with operational needs.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience in SAP system administration, preferably S/4HANA RISE.
Proven expertise in SAP Cloud ALM and Solution Manager.
Strong understanding of SAP Basis, integration points, and performance tuning.
Experience in project environments with complex landscapes and multi-country deployments.
Ability to work under pressure during critical phases (cutover, go-live).
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
Portuguese is a plus.Preferred:SAP certifications in S/4HANA Administration and Cloud ALM.Experience with RISE with SAP and private cloud deployments.Familiarity with global SAP best practices.Contract Type:Full-time with potential for regional LATAM scope.Why Join Us?
