Total Number of Openings 1Main responsibilities may include but not limited to:Tax returns preparation/supports the filing of tax returns.Tax determination on customers billing.Understanding of regulations and business an accounting acumen.Supporting internal and external audits.Main Activities:Prepare fluctuation analysis (P&L;, B/S, payments)Analysis of accounting data and inventory gains/losses for tax reporting purposes.Conduct research for more complicated tax questions and contacts tax authorities for clarification as needed.Lead communication with business partners on issue/discrepancies resolutions.Leads,



coordinates and collaborates on special projects as well as review regulations and procedures.Required Qualification/Soft Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, business, finance or tax.Combination of +6 years of tax accounting, finance and/or audit experience.Excellent oral/written English skills.Preferred qualifications:US or International Direct and Indirect tax experience.Soft skills:coordination/Leadership skills.Analytical skills and critical thinking.Able to adapt processes in response to a fast-paced environment.Chevron participates in E-Verify in certain locations as required by law.
