Job title: Senior Treasury Core Model (TCM) Solution ExpertLocation: Buenos Aires, ArgentinaAbout the jobAs Treasury Senior Application Support Expert within our TCM Solution Delivery & Application Support team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our S/4HANA Treasury Core Model solution, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement of our Treasury system across different time zones and geographical locations.
This senior role combines technical expertise with financial acumen and includes coaching responsibilities.Main responsibilitiesResolve complex application incidents and problems requiring SAP system customizing, database, application code, and/or operational modifications within defined SLAs, coordinating with ERP Application support teams, Key Users, and third-party providersPerform in-depth root-cause analysis and develop permanent fixes, managing SAP OSS messages, transport orders, and cutover activitiesDrive, promote changes and coach peers within the Treasury Application Support teamServe as first interface for change requests from Treasury Key Users, analyzing requests and flagging those that deviate from approved Treasury Core Model specificationsSupport functional analysis of evolutions, updating specifications and performing tests, working together with ABAP teams on forms, layouts, reports, and enhancementsPrepare and present position papers for Design Authority approval, and perform end-user training and documentation when neededContribute as Solution Expert to Business Value Projects, being responsible for solution deliverablesWork transversally with different teams, creating and following up on requests to ABAP and ERP AMS teamsManage post-refresh activities on maintenance track and support Application Disaster Recovery exercisesAbout youExperienceMinimum 10 years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance and Treasury modules (FSCM, IHC, BCM, BAM, CM, BPC, TRM) and S/4HANA,



with proven track record in SAP projects within an international environment and project methodology experience.Technical skillsIn-depth knowledge of Treasury processes and banking systems and the implication into SAP customizing, strong proficiency in MS Office suite, experience in writing functional/technical specifications (RICEFW), solid background in application support and ticketing tools (Service Now), familiarity with SAP ABAP programming (desirable)Leadership skillsAbility to drive and promote changes, coach peers, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong customer orientation and communication skillsSoft skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environment, adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines, results-driven approach with ability to navigate complex global organizationsEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; SAP FI/Treasury and S/4HANA certifications preferred; Treasury certification is a plusLanguagesFluent in English; any additional language is a plusWhy choose us?
