We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for driving transformation, a desire to deliver business value, and a commitment to excellence.As a Product Manager in the Digital Documentation Services Product Team, you will:Drive strategic product initiatives from inception through adoption.Engage business and technical stakeholders to reimagine business processes, apply advanced technologies and AI models, and formulate product plans.Collect problem statements, develop personas, and use cases to define feature requirements.Prioritize to realize outcomes that maximize business value.Job ResponsibilitiesContribute to an innovative product visionIdentify and articulate feature opportunities through comparative analysis, ROI measurement and OKR definitionMaintain effective relationships with sponsors and key partners to manage stakeholder expectationsCollaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts on features and solution designAuthor business requirements and supporting materials to convey business needs and support prioritizationGuide development and execution of the product roadmapDocument end-to-end processes and data flows, create training materials, release notes and user guidesDirect extended feature team with clear guidance and prioritizationPartner with IT / Feature Teams to translate stakeholder needs into accurate and complete user storiesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities,



And SkillsMinimum of 7 years experience in Business Analysis and/or Product ManagementExperience in a Product Owner role practicing ScrumProactive self-starter that can work independently while also collaborating across teamsHigh-level oral and written communication in English; ability to effectively communicate across technology and business partners and across geographiesAbility to build relationships and influence outcomesDetail oriented and analytical with good working knowledge of data and process designAbility to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing prioritiesProficiency in Jira, MS Excel, VisioPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsPrior experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environment preferredDocument Management experienceFamiliarity with data taxonomiesFamiliarity with JSON and XML formatsABOUT USJ.P.
