In this role, you will support daily cash management, accounting, and tax compliance and filings, while partnering across regional and global teams to ensure strong financial stewardship and operational excellence.This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative, design-driven environment, where your work directly enables creativity, innovation, and growth across our practice.What You Will DoCash & TreasuryPerform daily cash position analysis, monitor bank balances, and ensure adequate liquidity across accountsExecute and track movement of funds, including intercompany transfers and local disbursementsPartner with Hub Treasury on cash forecasting, funding, and banking activities, including monitoring foreign exchange (FX) exposures, supporting risk mitigation strategies, and helping minimize the impact of currency volatility on local operations and intercompany fundingAccounting & ReportingMaintain accurate and complete accounting records in accordance with local GAAP and company policiesPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities,



including reconciliations and journal entries for local booksPrepare and resolve balance sheet reconciliations and variancesAssist with statutory financial reporting and auditsTax Compliance & FilingsPrepare and/or coordinate local tax filings, including VAT (IVA), Income Tax (Ganancias), and Gross Receipts (Ingresos Brutos)Manage withholding taxes, payroll-related filings, and AFIP submissionsEnsure timely and accurate filing and payment of all statutory obligationsSupport tax audits, regulatory inquiries, and ongoing compliance requirementsPartner with advisors and global tax teams to stay aligned with evolving regulationsCollaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with Hub Finance, Tax, Treasury, and regional accounting teams to align on policies and processesServe as a local point of contact for accounting and tax matters in ArgentinaContribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and strong internal controlsAssist with new initiatives, new business requirements, regulatory compliance, and operational enhancementYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multinational or professional services environmentStrong understanding of Argentine accounting and tax frameworks (AFIP, IVA, Ganancias, Ingresos Brutos)Experience with tax filings and statutory reporting in ArgentinaExperience with cash management, banking operations,



and intercompany transactionsQualified or working towards a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CA, or local equivalent preferred)Advanced Excel skills and large multinational ERP experience preferredYour SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentEffective communication skills with the ability to work across regional and global teamsHigh level of integrity and commitment to maintaining a strong control environmentCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across cultures and time zonesLife at GenslerAt Gensler, we are as committed to enjoying life as we are to delivering best-in-class design.
