Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and align operations with business needs.
Maintain service standards, ensure compliance with change processes, and help enforce operational best practices.
Proactively monitor and manage service specific components.
Sound analytical and problem‐solving skills are required to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneously.
Evaluate recommendations provided for service improvements, with the ability to identify any gaps or alternate solutions.
Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and drive suggested changes to execution.
Skills and attributes for success
Good communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow.




Ability to manage multiple services and priorities.
Good support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support.
Experience with source control involving Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
Experience and demonstrable knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.
At least 7+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years of experience in relevant technologies.
Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work on both Agile and Waterfall projects.
Good knowledge on scripting and automation experience using scripts.
Copilot or Agentic AI experience.
