Join our Argentina Payments Product team and help deliver critical payment services for our clients.
As a Payments Product Management Associate, you will partner across the organization to improve product performance, strengthen governance, and enhance the client experience.
You'll work in a dynamic environment where risk discipline and innovation are equally important.
We value curious, collaborative professionals who translate complex topics into clear outcomes.As a Payments Product Management Associate in the Argentina Payments Product team, you will support the management and optimization of the local payments portfolio.
You will partner with clients, market infrastructures, and internal stakeholders to deliver client solutions while strengthening risk and control practices.
You will contribute to product governance, client due diligence, performance reporting, and initiatives that improve profitability and operational efficiency.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with clients, clearing houses, and internal stakeholders across sales, service, implementation, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and legal to support due diligence and stakeholder reviewsMaintain accurate, up-to-date client-facing materials, agreements, and internal job aids to support product delivery and risk mitigationManage governance routines by coordinating client reviews, tracking outcomes, and driving required follow-up actionsDrive product optimization initiatives across the payments portfolio, balancing client experience, operational efficiency, risk,



and costReview client billing and revenue outcomes to ensure alignment with transaction activity and support billing process improvementsDevelop product performance insights and management reporting to support P&L; ownership and senior management updatesIdentify and support delivery of payment solutions that address evolving client needs and local market opportunitiesEngage with local payment market infrastructures and industry partners to support enhancements and market initiativesDrive the risk and control agenda for time-sensitive payment flows, including escalation and contingency processesCoordinate issue resolution across stakeholders by identifying risks, tracking actions, and escalating as appropriateRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceStrong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholdersStrong attention to detail with a risk and control mindsetAbility to balance product growth, client needs, and risk considerations in a regulated environmentWorking knowledge of one or more payments products or related treasury services processesAbility to develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and client-facing materialsExperience supporting risk management activities, issue remediation, or control enhancementsSelf-motivated, delivery-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlinesStrong relationship-building and influencing skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience in payments product management, treasury services, or financial services operationsWorking knowledge of the treasury services operating model across technology, operations, sales, and serviceExperience with P&L; reporting, product performance analytics,



or management reportingExperience partnering with local market infrastructures and industry forumsDemonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation opportunitiesExperience working in a multinational or cross-functional environmentABOUT USJ.P.
